We all like to think of ourselves as "Savvy Consumers", shop around for the best price, asking probing questions, we aren't going to be one of those poor souls who got taken to the proverbial "cleaners".  No sir !   We do our due diligence!

If you are simply price driven you can search for months for the best price. It has been my experience, after all I do have a Ph.D from the School of Hard Knocks. Price is not always the best indicator of a 'good deal’.

Many times we have clients who are looking for a great price.  I get it.   Me too.

I always try to educate our prospective clients on what they get for their money.

Example, last week we had a nice man wanting a bath vanity and cabinets for his hallway.  I explained the features and benefits of all wood, cabinetry. He knew that wood is superior to MDF and particle board. He had priced cabinets at a big national chain store and it was SO much less that ours.

I advised him to be certain of what he was looking at. Comparing apples to apples. We gave him an estimate, and encouraged him to shop around. To ask about materials, warranties, time frame, customer reviews and to know exactly what he may be purchasing.
The next day he called to make an appointment. He came back to buy from us. The national chain that was SO much less than our cabinets were particular board and stapled together. No wood. No soft close doors and drawers. No dovetail joints. No adjustable shelves. No good reviews.

Guess what? He was happy to buy from Premium Cabinet Studio! We showed him the best way to save money was to buy a quality cabinet from people who stand behind their cabinets and will do what he needs to make sure he is a happy client.

The best deal may not be the least money but the best quality, with stellar client/customer service!
