When we opened our business in 2015 gray was the most popular trending color for cabinets. While gray still has a strong presence natural wood is starting to edge it out.

The birds are singing, the sun is shining, its lighter later, meaning.... Spring is coming soon. It also means….it’s remodeling season.
This year has been difficult with the pandemic and the brutally cold weather. So many are wanting to change their spaces. It seems like it should be so simple....time to update that tired old kitchen. As with anything a little homework + research can save multiple headaches down the road....
This will help. There's no place like home, there's no place like home.
Dorothy found that sentiment to be true when she was in Oz. How many of us have found that to be true these past few months? Our homes are our office, classroom, "doctor’s office", playground, in short, our everything. Yes, a shelter from harm. Are you taking good care of your ‘everything’? You have decided to go ahead and remodel your old 1978 Harvest Gold kitchen.
What’s the next step? Vetting a good contactor or remodeler. They are key to a successful remodel that works within the scope of your project and most importantly, your budget. Vetting is NOT the lowest price although I get calls weekly looking for just that. Price and value are not the same thing. At Premium Cabinet Studio we are designing more and more kitchens with "stacked cabinets". Our clients want the extra storage that stacking provides, with the impressive "WOW" factor with cabinets flowing upward to the ceiling. Making the most of your space, is what we do!

Hi All! This is Leslie Allison,
If you have ever been shopping for case goods (chests, nightstands, cabinets) and your friendly salesperson mentioned "dovetail joints". Did you know exactly what that meant? When shopping for new kitchen cabinets, there are terms, "lingo " you need to know. Today’s blog post about the lingo of "inset cabinetry".
What is inset cabinetry? This is the first part of a 6 part blog posts series, Lingo you need to know.
Recently we had 2 clients, both doctors, in a design consult. They liked the design and the estimate of their new kitchen. They wanted to proceed with Premium Cabinet Studio, but they had some additional questions. |
